Policies and Rates
All of our facilities are non smoking. There is no daily cleaning.
A 50% deposit is required at the time the reservation is made. The deposit will be refunded with 10 days notice. Note the refund policy is different for stays during special events in Haines.
A Sales tax of 9.5% will be added to all lodging charges.
Room prices are for the rooms only. Room prices cover 4 occupants, additional occupants are $10 each. There is a two day minimum stay during special events such as the State Fair, Beer Festival, Bike Relay, Bald Eagle Festival or Alcan 200. During these events the deposit will be refunded with 30 days notice. There are no refunds for early checkouts in the summer months.
Summer Season: May 1 to October 31
Off Season: November 1 to April 30
